Shipping policy

• Taxes and Custom Duties:
• Our products are excluded from all value-added taxes and customs duties. Most of the customs and duties are handled by our carriers like DHL, UPS or FedEx so you don't have to worry.
• This is very rare, but if any of your equipment returns to the warehouse from customs, the client will be responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s laws and customs.
• Shipping Carrier:
• Standard Shipping charge by DHL, UPS or FedEx. It will take you  5-7 business days to receive the package after you get the tracking number(except for some countries with difficult customs clearance). Due to the complexity of international logistics, we may not ship the miners to some countries or area.
• Shipping Source:
• For US customers, all products will be shipped from our Chicago DC.
• For non-US customers, all products will be shipped directly from our HK warehouse.
• All shipments are FOB.
