ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- We do not offer Return, Exchanges or Refunds of any kind on any products offered for sale in our online store.
- The deposit that is used for locking miner inventory and price is, by default, non-refundable with no exceptions.
WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
- Because the price of ASIC miners changes on a daily basis based on the Cryptocurrencies they mine. And the volatility of Cryptocurrency market makes it impossible to calculate the value for returned products.
Once again - All sales are final, No exceptions.
WARRANTY
- All brand-new miners are rigorously tested by the manufacturers before they are released to the sales channels.
- All brand-new miners come with a manufacturer's warranty (90-180 days depending on the model). If there are any true defects, then the manufacturer will offer free repair or replacement, depending on the issues.
- Please make sure all your mining equipment is kept in a dry and clean space, and do not modify or overclock the default settings on any miners or the warranty will be voided automatically.
